Тогда в Вашингтоне объявили, что у старшей дочери президента будет свой рабочий кабинет в Белом доме. Сообщалось, что официально Иванка Трамп не будет занимать никакой должности в его администрации.

Эта новость вызвала большой резонанс, и Иванка Трамп заявила, что "осведомлена о том беспокойстве, которое проявили многие по поводу ее консультаций президента на личном уровне".

В американской прессе говорили, что у дочери президента будет доступ к секретной информации, и что ее кабинет будет расположен в западном крыле Белого дома, где находится Овальный кабинет.
