МИД России открыл избирательные участки для голосования на выборах в Госдуму в 145 странах. Об этом заявила в четверг, 15 сентября, официальный представитель дипломатического ведомства Мария Захарова, сообщает ТАСС.

«В российских дипломатических и консульских представительствах за рубежом создано 364 избирательных участка», — сказала она на брифинге.

В ряде стран, где воскресенье является рабочим днем, организовано досрочное голосование. «По состоянию на 14 сентября, досрочно на территории российских загранучреждений проголосовало более девяти тысяч человек», — сообщила Захарова.

По данным МИД России, за рубежом проживают около 1,8 миллиона россиян, имеющих право голоса. К ним может добавиться порядка 200 тысяч туристов, которые окажутся за пределами страны в единый день голосования, отмечали представители Ростуризма.

Выборы в Госдуму пройдут в единый день голосования, 18 сентября. Их проведут по смешанной системе: 225 депутатов будут избираться по партийным спискам и еще 225 — по одномандатным округам. Избиратели за рубежом прикреплены к 75 одномандатным округам в субъектах РФ.

Как сообщал PRпортал, Президент Петр Порошенко поручил МИД проинформировать Россию о невозможности проведения российских выборов на территории Украины. Об этом 10 сентября сообщил пресс-секретарь президента Украины Святослав Цеголко.
