Сьогодні, 5 серпня, Кабінет Міністрів України прийняв постанову щодо порядку перетворення Національної телекомпанії України (НТКУ) в Національну суспільну телерадіокомпанію України (НСТУ). Проект постанови був розроблений Держкомтелерадіо. Цю інформацію «Телекритиці» підтвердив голова Держкомтелерадіо Олег Наливайко.
 

За його словами, всі суттєві зауваження були зняті. «Під час обговорення цього питання міністр культури В'ячеслав Кириленко зауважив, щоб під час перетворення Національна радіокомпанія не розчинилася в телекомпанії. Ми пообіцяли, що такого не трапиться», - сказав Олег Наливайко.

У коментарі «Телекритиці» перший заступник генерального директора НТКУ Олександр Харебінзазначив, що під час підготовки проекту постанови були зняті також всі зауваження Мінфіну та Мінсоцполітики.

«Мінфін зняв зауваження стосовно розміру заробітних плат, погодившись, що це буде визначати наглядова рада НСТУ. А також стосовно механізму фінансування телерадіокомпанії (це робитиметься з врахуванням інтересів суспільства). У Мінсоцполітики також не залишилося зауважень стосовно заробітних плат», - прокоментував Олександр Харебін.
