В Украину приедут более 300 канадских наблюдателей для наблюдения за выборами народных депутатов, которые состоятся 26 октября.

Об этом заявил министр иностранных дел Канады Джон Бэрд,пигет ТСН

По его словам, 190 наблюдателей будут действовать в Украине в рамках двусторонней миссии, 102 наблюдателя - от Бюро по демократическим институтам и правам человека ОБСЕ, еще 12 канадцев присоединятся к миссии по наблюдению за выборами Парламентской ассамблеи ОБСЕ.

"Канада снова будет играть важную роль в укреплении демократии и надлежащего управления в Украине. Наша поддержка, знания и опыт помогут обеспечить свободные, справедливые и демократические выборы в Украине", - цитирует Джона Бэрда пресс-служба МИД Канады.
