Державний телеканал "Рада", завданням якого є висвітлення роботи Верховної Ради, не зміг надати відео кадрів процесу голосування у парламенті 16 січня 2014 року.

Про це у своєму блозі на "Українській правді" пише журналіст і активіст руху "Чесно" Сергій Андрушко.

Він нагадує, що саме цього дня тодішня провладна більшість голосувала за "диктаторські закони".

"Пояснення таке (у відповідь на інформаційний запит): "Рада" зберігає відзняте відео 14 днів і жоден чинний закон не зобов'язує їх це робити", – повідомив він.

Андрушко нагадав, що наприкінці жовтня телеканалу "Рада" разом з газетами "Голос України " та "Віче" на висвітлення роботи Верховної Ради" додатково виділили 3,6 мільйона гривень до кінця року, а всього на цей рік їм було надано 26 млн грн.

Але, маючи таке фінансування, телеканал "Рада" не зберігає відео пленарних засідань, не знімає більшості засідань комітетів і, головне, не викладає записи на свій сайт чи офіційний сайт ВР.

При цьому на YouTube-каналі "Ради" є лише відео інтерв’ю, але відсутній архів трансляцій засідань Верховної Ради та комітетів. Журналіст нагадає, що збереження відео на YouTube не потребує додаткових витрат.
