Канал "РБК-ТВ" пополнил список запрещенных в Украине российских телеканалов. Об этом 7 августа сообщила пресс-служба Национального совета по вопросам телерадиовещания Украины, пишет "Обозреватель".

"Основанием для принятия этого решения стали результаты мониторингов, проведенных Национальным советом 25 и 29 июля и 1 и 4 августа. Было зафиксировано распространение информационных материалов, содержащих нарушения части первой статьи 2, статьи 28 Закона Украины "Об информации", части второй статьи 6 Закона Украины "О телевидении и радиовещании" и части первой статьи 7 Европейской конвенции о трансграничном телевидении", - отмечено в сообщении.

Согласно сообщению, регуляторный орган признал содержание иностранной программы "РосБизнесКонсалтинг-ТВ" ("РБК-ТВ") таким, что не отвечает требованиям Европейской конвенции о трансграничном телевидении и действующему законодательству Украины. Соответствующее решение было принято на заседании 7 августа.

В частности регулятор предупредил провайдеров программной услуги о необходимости изъятия этого российского вещателя из кабельных сетей Украины.
