Увагу довготермінових спостерігачів ОПОРИ привернули друковані видання чернігівської міської громади «Чернігівські відомості». Публікації останніх випусків містять ознаки використання адмінресурсу.

Починаючи з вересня, згадану газету почали роздавати в агітаційних наметах політичної партії «Наш край»,кандидатом в мери від якої є діючій очільник Чернігова Олександр Соколов. До цього її можна було придбати лише у газетних кіосках.

На противагу поодиноким статтям про інших учасників виборчих перегонів інформаційні матеріали про пана Соколова переважають кількісно і розміщуються на перших сторінках друкованого видання.

До того ж випуск від 23 вересня мав місячний тираж 100 тисяч примірників, а вже наступний (від 30.09) – 200 тисяч. До того ж останній номер газети містив всередині агітаційну вкладнику з чотирьох сторінок з позначкою передвиборна агітація.

Схожа історія склалася з газетою прилуцької територіальної громади «Град Прилуки», яка була заснована Прилуцькою міською радою. Вже вкотре (видання від 16.09.2015, 30.09.2015) придбавши та розгорнувши дану газету, можна побачити агітаційну газету політичної партії «УКРОП».

На запитання про наявність даного «вкладення» до комунальної газети продавчиня повідомила, що такими отримує газети для продажу.

До слова, директор редакції газети «Град Прилуки», Владислав Кіча зареєстрований Прилуцькою міською виборчою комісією кандидатом на міського голову міста Прилуки від політичної партії «Об’єднання українських патріотів – УКРОП».

Громадянська мережа ОПОРА закликає всіх учасників виборчого процесу утриматися від використання медійного адмінресурсу.
