ПрАТ "Регіональна телемовна компанія "Тоніс-центр" (7 канал, Харків) змінила власника 40% акцій.

Про це стало відомо в ході засідання Нацради з телерадіомовлення, в ході якого компанія переоформила ліцензії, повідомляє "Інтерфакс-Україна".

Згідно з даними компанії, частка у 40%, яка раніше належала меру Харкова Геннадію Кернесу перейшла у володіння його дружини Оксани Гайсинської.

Інші розміри часток компанії залишилися без змін, і виглядають наступним чином: по 25% каналу знаходяться у власності фізичних осіб Ольги Кирилової та Алли Добкіної, 10% належить Марині Стаматіній (заступник мера Харкова з питань правового забезпечення).

Згідно держреєстру кінцевим бенефіціаром компанії є Оксана Гайсинська.

"7 канал" є регіональним каналом, який мовить на території Харківської області.
