Герцогиня Кембриджська Кейт стане редактором новинного сайту Huffington Post. Нову для себе посаду дружина британського принца Вільяма обійме у лютому - і лише на один день.

Герцогиня редагуватиме британську секцію сайту. Як повідомив офіційний представник монаршої родини, Кейт збирається залучити відомих авторів, що пишуть про психологічне здоров'я, зокрема, у дітей.

Головний редактор британського The Huffington Post Стівен Галл заявив, що працівники видання "із трепетом" очікують, коли герцогиня приєднається до їхньої команди.

"Проблеми психічного здоров'я опинилися у центрі уваги нашої редакції, і ми дуже раді працювати разом над таким важливим проектом", - сказав він.

Кейт Міддлтон патронує кілька благодійних організацій, що працюють із дітьми.

Водночас раніше вона не займалася журналістською діяльністю.

Її сестра Філіппа Міддлтон у минулому писала для кількох британських світських видань, зокрема Spectator і Vanity Fair, а також вела колонку у Sunday Times, але - не дуже популярну.
