Илья Кива, лидер Социалистической партии, заявил о том, что будет баллотироваться на пост президента Украины на выборах 2019 года. Как передает PRпортал, такое заявление прозвучало от Кивы в эфире телеканала 112 Украина. 

«Конечно, я буду участвовать. Мне сейчас уже нужно себя готовить. По-другому ты никак не победишь. Это соревнование, это спорт», - подчеркнул Кива. При этом он не сомневается в том, что одержит победу, однако не исключает, что это произойдет не в 2019 году, а чуть позже. «Меня ничего не остановит. Придет время, и я выиграю, если не в 2019, то пусть через выборы. И это произойдет. Я это знаю, я в это верю, поэтому я и пришел в политику», - добавил глава Социалистической партии, которую он возглавил в июле этого года.

Напомним, что ранее Юлия Тимошенко, лидер Батькивщины, также заявила, что будет баллотироваться в президенты в 2019 году. По ее словам, только она сможет «спасти Украину».
