Киевский мэр Виталий Кличко призывает не проводить гей-парад, который планировали организовать в столице в субботу представители нетрадиционной сексуальной ориентации.

Об этом он заявил во время пресс-конференции в пятницу, сообщает Укринформ.

"Я призываю всех тех, кто имеет мысли проводить, не делать этого. Я думаю, что в этих условиях это неправильно", - сказал Кличко.

По его словам,"когда идут военные действия, когда огромное количество людей гибнет, проведение каких-то увеселительных парадов не соответствует той ситуации, в которой находится Украина".

Отвечая на вопрос о том, поступали ли заявки на запрещение этого мероприятия, он ответил: "Никаких заявок до сегодняшнего дня я не получал". При этом Кличко уточнил, что и на проведение гей-парада не было ни одной заявки.

Напомним, представители ЛГБТ анонсировали проведение гей-парада в Киеве 5 июля, но не сказали, где именно состоится их шествие.
