Міністр закордонних справ Павло Клімкін прокоментував пропозицію німецького посла Ернста Райхеля провести вибори на Донбасі за присутності російських військ.

Свою заяву він зробив у Twitter.

"Два виборчих фарси під дулами російських автоматів - маємо дві окупаційні влади в окупованому Криму і на Донбасі. Фарсів досить!" – написав він.

Раніше посол Німеччини в Україні Ернст Райхель в інтерв'ю українськім ЗМІ заявив, що відсутність російських військ не є обов'язковою умовою проведення виборів на Донбасі.

"Необов'язково, що вибори на Донбасі можуть відбутися тільки тоді, коли там не буде російських військ або на кожній міської адміністрації буде вивішено український прапор", - сказав він.

Через цю заяву Міністерство закордонних справ запросило Райхеля для пояснень.

Депутати Верховної Ради також звернулися до німецького посла з вимогою пояснень та закликали бойкотувати його прийом з нагоди 25-річчя дипломатичних відносин.
