Коалиция планирует на протяжении 1-го квартала 2015 года изменить избирательную систему на пропорциональную с открытыми списками.
Об этом говорится в коалиционном соглашении, которое сегодня парафировали 5 политических сил, прошедших в Верховную Раду по результатам парламентских выборов,пишет
УНІАНВ соглашении записано: «Отказ от смешанной (пропорционально-мажоритарной) избирательной системы и введение пропорциональной избирательной системы выборов в Верховную Раду Украины, при которой избиратели будут иметь возможность голосовать за конкретных кандидатов в многомандатных избирательных округах (пропорциональная система с открытыми списками)».
Кроме того, предусмотрено на протяжении 1-го полугодия 2015 года усовершенствовать систему местных выборов. В частности, предусмотрено введение выборов городских голов крупных городов (в соответствии с законом) в два тура и по принципу абсолютного большинства проголосовавших избирателей, а также уменьшения предельного количества депутатов местных советов. Также предусмотрено внесение изменений в законодательство о статусе столицы – города Киева - с целью обеспечения европейских стандартов местного самоуправления в столице.
