По информации источников LB.ua, сегодня у Палицы была запланирована встреча в Администрации президента. Как известно, губернаторов назначает и увольняет Президент. Отвечая на вопрос, как Палица пообщался с главой государства, бизнесмен ответил: Встреча прошла в дружественной конструктивной атмосфере. Его поблагодарили за работу и сказали, что в его услугах (в качестве главы Одесской ОГА - ред.) больше не нуждаются. 

По словам Коломойского, на момент прибытия в АП Палица не знал, что его сменит Саакашвили.

"На счет Саакашвили я вообще удивлен. Думаю, это временная фигура. Сейчас он сдат Одессу русским, а потом придется ее опять отвоевывать. Побудет некоторое время губернатором, а потом его сменят на какое-то ничтожество, типа Гончаренко", - отметил он.

"Кстати, вопрос - сколько у него гражданств? Меня наверное, переплюнет. Американское, грузинское, голландское, теперь еще и украинское нужно принимать. Будем ждать пока Андрушко его об этом спросит", - добавил в свойственной ему манере Игорь Коломойский.

Говоря о возможных причинах увольнения экс-губернатор Днепропетровской области отметил: "Наверное, кому-то не понравилась серия с моим увольнением в "в 95-м квартале". Потребовался дубль два".
