Коммунистические партии Украины смогут принимать участие в выборах, если сменят название и символику. Об этом в эфире “5 канала” сообщила первый заместитель министра юстиции Наталья Севостьянова, передает 112 Украина.

"Есть три условия - вы меняете символику, у вас нет тех символов, которые являются пропагандой, предусмотренной законом, - серп, молот, красные звезды и так далее - меняете название и непосредственно в уставной деятельности не должно быть пропаганды", - пояснила замминистра.

"Никто не преследует никакие политические партии, есть четкие требования закона", - подчеркнула Севостьянова.

Напомним, 9 апреля Верховная Рада поддержала пакет законов по декоммунизации. В частности был поддержан закон "Об осуждении коммунистического и национал-социалистического (нацистского) тоталитарных режимов в Украине и запрет пропаганды их символики".
