В Греции консервативная партия "Новая демократия" признала свое поражение на досрочных парламентских выборах, сообщает ВВС.

"Результат голосования показывает, что "Сириза" и господин Ципрас лидируют. Я поздравляю его и прошу его сформировать правительство, которое нужно (стране)", - сказал лидер консерваторов Вангелис Меймаракис.

Согласно данным после обработки 21% голосов, "Новой демократии" удалось набрать лишь 28%, в то время как партия экс-премьера Алексиса Ципраса "Сириза" смогла заручиться поддержкой 35% избирателей.

Таким образом, "Сириза" сможет рассчитывать примерно на 144 места из 300 в парламенте, а оппозиции уйдет лишь 75 мест.

"Сиризе" придется объединяться с другими политическими силами для того, чтобы сформировать правительство.
