Королева Елизавета II вернулась из отпуска в Норфолке на обычной электричке, заплатив за поездку в Лондон 54,9 фунта стерлингов.

Ее Величество прибыла в Лондон из графства Норфолк, где она традиционно проводит зимние каникулы, сообщает Обозреватель со ссилкой на  The Telegraph.

Королева ехала в вагоне первого класса.

"Большая честь, когда Королева пользуется услугами железнодорожного транспорта. Я спросил, понравился ли ей визит в Норфолк, и она ответила утвердительно", — рассказал начальник станции Кинс-Линн Грэм Прэтт.

В The Telegraph уточнили, что Елизавета II пользуется железнодорожным транспортом на протяжении многих лет.
