Окружний адміністративний суд міста Києва заборонив діяльність КПУ
16 грудня 2015 Окружний адміністративний суд міста Києва завершив розгляд справи за позовом Міністерства юстиції України проти Комуністичної партії України про заборону її діяльності. Про це йдеться на офіційному сайті відомства.
Наголошується, що справа розглядалася за участю третьої особи - Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини.
Суд задовольнив позов Міністерства юстиції України в повному обсязі, заборонивши діяльність Комуністичної партії України.
Російські комуністи одразу запанікували через заборону КПУ
Головний комуніст Росії Геннадій Зюганов просить Раду Європи, Європарламент і всі ліві політичні сили відреагувати на заборону Комуністичної партії України. Зюганова цитує "РИА Новости".
"Закликаємо всі фракції в Європарламенті, Раду Європи, всі лівоцентристські партії, всіх, кому дорогі права людини і свобода слова, підняти свій голос. Завтра буде опубліковано нашу заяву. Ми своїх друзів не кидали і не кидаємо, і зробимо все, щоб відновити законність і забезпечити їхню безпеку", — заявив лідер КПРФ.
На думку політика, з цієї заборони "нічого не вийде", тому що "ніхто не в змозі заборонити людині думати і мати певні цінності".
"Ми маємо спільні цілі і завдання (з КПУ), ми допомагали і будемо допомагати один одному", — наголосив Зюганов.
