Комуністична партія подала апеляцію на рішення Окружного адміністративного суду Києва, яким заборонена діяльність партії.

Про це йдеться в повідомленні прес-служби КПУ

"Комуністична партія України звернулася в Київський апеляційний адміністративний суд з апеляційною скаргою на постанову Окружного адміністративного суду міста Києва від 16 грудня 2015 року", - йдеться в ньому.

Відповідно до повідомлення, КПУ вважає зазначене рішення суду першої інстанції незаконним і необґрунтованим, а також прийнятим з порушенням норм матеріального й процесуального права, і як наслідок, підлягає скасуванню апеляційним судом у повному обсязі.
