Кримська журналістка, заступник гендиректора продакшн-студії Qara Deniz Production Ліля Буджурова позивається до суду проти співробітників ФСБ через обшук, який провели у неї 2 листопада.

Як повідомляє Громадське.ТВ, причиною позову стала відмова адвокатові журналістки у присутності на місці проведення слідчого заходу. Перше судове засідання відбулося 16 листопада у Київському райсуді Сімферополя.

«Адвоката під дверима мого будинку бачили мої родичі, є інші свідки. Більш того, вівся відеозапис всього цього «заходу», проведеного в моєму домі, але при цьому і ФСБ, і шановний суддя акцентують увагу на те, що слідчий, який керував обшуком, особисто не забороняв адвокату. При цьому просто відсутня формальна логіка: він не міг особисто йому заборонити, тому що адвокат не був допущений до приміщення, де знаходився слідчий», – заявляє журналіст.

Обшук у будинку Буджурової провели 2 листопада в рамках розслідування кримінальної справи проти власника телеканалу ATR Ленура Іслямова, обвинувачуваного в екстремізмі.

«Ми маємо намір дійти до Верховного суду Російської Федерації для того, щоб отримати остаточну відповідь на це питання – чи гарантує держава людині право на юридичну допомогу згідно із статтею 48 Конституції РФ?», – наголосив адвокат Джеміль Темішев, зазначивши, що в Криму часто під час проведення обшуків обшуку громадянину відмовляють у присутності адвоката.
