Комісія з журналістської етики на місцевих виборах 2015-го року надаватиме попередній експертний висновок політичним рекламним роликам на прохання телекомпаній, що зменшить кількість скарг і судових позовів. Про це зазначила секретар КЖЕ, головний юрисконсульт НСЖУ Тетяна Котюжинська під час Міжнародної конференції «Запуск суспільного мовлення в Україні: виклики та наступні кроки», що відбулася у Києві 15 вересня, повідомляє Телекритика.

Такий висновок потрібен, вважає юрист, бо відповідно до закону про вибори телерадіоорганізації не можуть відмовити політичним партіям і кандидатам у розміщенні їх рекламних матеріалів. Якщо ТРО вважають, що цим роликом порушується закон, то для них важливо отримати експертний висновок щодо можливості/неможливості трансляції такого ролика.

За словами пані Котюжинської, КЖЕ також буде надавати експертну допомогу і в цих питаннях (допомагати не порушувати) через «гарячу лінію».

Нагадаємо, організаторами конференції були Національна рада України з питань телебачення і радіомовлення, Державний комітет телебачення і радіомовлення, Національна телекомпанія України, спільна програма Європейського Союзу та Ради Європи «Зміцнення інформаційного суспільства в Україні» та Deutsche Welle Akademie.
