Внефракционный депутат Верховной Рады, бывший директор туристического комплекса "Буковель" Александр Шевченко просит Центральную избирательную комиссию зарегистрировать его кандидатом в Президенты на выборы 31 марта. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба ЦИК.

Шевченко баллотируется от партии "Украинское объединение патриотов - УКРОП", которая выдвинул его кандидатом в четверг утром.

По состоянию на четверг, 17 января, комиссия зарегистрировала восемь кандидатов в Президенты, троим отказала, документы четверых находятся на рассмотрении.

Выдвижение и прием документов на регистрацию кандидатов продлится до 3 февраля включительно.
