До суду дійшло лише 5% кримінальних проваджень щодо злочинів проти виборчих прав громадян на парламентських виборах 2014 року.

Про це на прес-конференції повідомив аналітик Громадянської мережі "Опора" Олександр Клюжев, пише Укрінформ

"За результатами позачергових виборів народних депутатів України в жовтні 2014 року органами внутрішніх справ було відкрито 291 кримінальне провадження. Станом на кінець серпня-початок вересня цього року лише 14 проваджень (5%) завершилися зверненнями слідства до судів", - сказав він.

За словами Клюжева, фігурантами у відповідних судових процесах були 14 осіб.

"Найчастіше суди призначали міру покарання у вигляді штрафів (мінімальний - 1700 грн, максимальний - 6800 грн), що поєднувалось із позбавленням права обіймати посади, пов'язані з діяльністю у виборчих комісіях до органів державної та місцевої влади терміном на два роки", - зауважив Клюжев.

Водночас, згідно з даними "Опори", безрезультативно завершилось розслідування понад 77% справ щодо злочинів під час парламентських виборів.

"Ці провадження були закриті через відсутність складу кримінального правопорушення", - уточнив Клюжев.

Також він повідомив, що досі триває розслідування 52 кримінальних проваджень щодо злочинів проти виборчих прав громадян на парламентських виборах 2014 року.
