Про це йдеться в щорічному дослідженні компанії MasterCard, присвяченому глобальному туризму, пише The Independent, передає Європейська правда

Очікується, що цього року Лондон відвідають 18,82 млн туристів, які витратять 13,3 млрд фунтів стерлінгів.

Мер Лондона Борис Джонсон привітав такі результати дослідження.

"Я радий, що Лондон отримав цей бажаний титул, а ми відзначаємо ще один рекордний і тріумфальний рік для туризму у місті", - сказав він.
