Генеральний прокурор України Юрій Луценко назвав прізвище тих трьох депутатів, на яких він готує подання в Раду про позбавлення недоторканності за несплату податків.

Про це він сказав під час прес-конференції в середу, 15 лютого, повідомляє Українська правда.

Мова йде про Супруненка, Константіновського та Шуфрича.

"Позавчора отримав нарешті результати позапланової перевірки ДФС по електронних деклараціях трьох із 17 направлених нами народних депутатів. В кожного з цих трьох, а саме: Супруненка, Константіновського та Шуфрича, - встановлена несплата податків на суму відповідно 60, 50 і 40 млн", - сказав Луценко.

Він зауважив, що подання на цих депутатів підготує та внесе до парламенту найближчим часом після узгодження технічних моментів.

"Я планую у найближчий час підготувати подання до Верховної Ради. Особливість статті 212 – несплата податків – передбачає можливість закриття справи після сплати податків. Тобто у достойників є два варіанти: сплатити відповідно 60, 50 і 40 млн, і справу буде закрито. Або отримати 3 роки тюрми", - сказав глава ГПУ.

При цьому Луценко наголосив, що і той, і той варіант вважає прийнятним.

Раніше Луценко заявляв, що готує подання в Раду на трьох народних обранців, однак не називав їхні прізвища.
