Головний радикал країни позивається до опозиційного нардепа через стусана на погоджувальній раді ВР.

Рубіжанський міський суд Луганської області слухатиме позов народного депутата і лідера Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка до народного депутата і співголови політичної партії Опозиційний блок Юрія Бойка про захист особистих немайнових прав, компенсацію моральної шкоди, пише Главком

Як стало відомо «Главкому», Ляшко позивається до Бойка через сутичку, яка сталася 14 листопада 2016 року на погоджувальній раді парламенту. Тоді радикал звинуватив екс-регіонала у тому, що він регулярно відвідує Росію і одержує відповідні вказівки. Після цього Юрій Бойко встав і вдарив Ляшка кулаком в обличчя.

Через суд Ляшко добивається публічного вибачення від Бойка в ефірі національного каналу за свої дії на засіданні погоджувальної ради. Також позивач просить компенсувати моральну шкоду, зобов’язанням нардепа від  Опозиційного блоку копати окопи в зоні проведення антитерористичної операції на сході України.

Позов Ляшко зареєстрував у Голосіївському районному суді Києва. Однак останній передав справу за підсудністю до Рубіжанського міського суду Луганської області, оскільки на сайті Верховної ради вказано, що Бойко офіційно проживає у Рубіжному.
