Офіційним власником маєтку екс-міністра внутрішніх справ Віталія Захарченка є нідерландська компанія «Stichting administratiekantoor LVV». Про це повідомляє журналіст «Deutsche Welle» Катерина Каплюк,пишуть Наші гроші

Будинок Захарченка в селі Романкові навесні 2012-го був оформлений на його дружину Людмилу Захарченко. Пізніше того ж року маєток переписали на нідерландський «Stichting».

За даними реєстру арешт на будинок наразі не накладений.

Минулого року «Наші Гроші» уже писали про фірму «Stichting administratiekantoor LVV» в контексті бізнес-інтересів Віталія Захарченка.

Саме ця компанія була і досі лишається співвласником ЗАТ «Гірничо-рудні технології», яке у свою чергу було і є співвласником ПАТ «Мармуровий кар’єр «Трибушани», при цьому однойменна торгову марку Захарченко оформив на самого себе.

До голландців «Гірничо-рудні технології» були особисто записані на Людмилу Захарченко, потім – на ПАТ «Страхова компанія «Стар-полiс». Рік тому ця страхова також була відома як співвласник «Банку Ринкові Технології», чий радник голови правління Андрій Подщипков виявився співвласником ТОВ «ТРК»112-ТВ», на яку виписували ліцензію на супутникове мовлення інформаційного телеканалу «112».

Окрім того фірма «Stichting administratiekantoor» була заснована луганчанкою Валентиною Фоменко. Вона ж виступила співзасновницею ТОВ «Біруанг» – власника «Інвестиційно-трастового банку».
