Менеджмент телеканалу подав вже другий позов щодо виставлення частот телеканалу "Інтер" на відкритий конкурс.

Сьогодні окружний адміністративний суд Києва розгляне справу за позовом каналу "Малятко ТБ" до Національної ради з питань телебачення і радіомовлення.

В травні цього року співробітники каналу в судовому порядку висунули вимогу щодо виставлення не відкритий конкурс частот телеканалу Інтер.  30 червня "Малятко ТБ" позов про відкликання ліцензії у "Інтера" забрав.

"Ми подавали позов до суду з тою метою, щоб Національна рада оголосила конкурс на частоти відповідно чинного законодавства. І щоб суд зобов'язав Національну раду це зробити. Але оскільки Національна рада за годину до засідання суду прийняла рішення про продовження ліцензії телеканалу "Інтер" на позаконкурсній основі, відповідно предмет позову мав бути змінений. Ми відкликали позов і подали другий: про незаконні рішення Національної ради щодо продовження ліцензії телеканалу Інтер", -  пояснив суть позову директор телеканалу "Малятко ТБ" Володимир Кметик.

На його думку, ліцензію у "Інтера" необхідно відкликати тому, що в 2011 році він отримав її в незаконний спосіб.

"Це не перше подання телеканалу "Малятко ТБ" до цього окружного суду. Попереднє ми подавали на рішення Нацради щодо ліцензування каналів "Зеонбуду" – розповів Кметик.

Тоді ситуація в судовому руслі не вирішилась. Новий позов директор "Малятко ТБ" назвав тестом Нацради та суду на оновлення та можливість встановити справедливість.
