Засновник Facebook Марк Цукерберг здобув учений ступінь Гарвардського університету, навчання у якому залишив 2005 року.

Про це він повідомив на своїй сторінці в Facebook. 

Цукерберг розмістив на своїй сторінці відповідне фото і приписав: "Мамо, я завжди казав тобі, що повернуся й здобуду свій ступінь".

На сайті університету зазначається, що Цукерберг став доктором права.

Він також виклав відео свого звернення до випускників 2017 року.  

Цукерберг вступив до Гарварду в 2002 році, але залишив виш восени 2005 року, щоб зосередитися на створенні соціальної мережі Facebook.
