Екс-керівник передвиборної кампанії Дональда Трампа Пол Манафорт за останні десять років отримав у борг від російського олігарха Олега Дерипаски біля $60 млн. Про це повідомляє NBC News.

Зокрема, компанія Yiakora Ventures Ltd., пов'язана з Манафортом, отримала від компанії Oguster Management Дерипаски $26 млн. Це зафіксовано в документах, які зберігаються на Кіпрі і Кайманових островах.

У офісі Дерипаски не відповіли на запит американського телеканалу.

Спікер Манафорта Джейсон Малоні відмовився давати  коментар і випустив заяву, в якій заявив, що "Манафорт сьогодні нічого не повинен колишнім клієнтам, як і в той час, коли він працював над кампанією Трампа". Пізніше у заяві вказали, що Манафорт не вступав в змову з російським олігархом.
