Открывать новые рестораны McDonald's в Киеве невозможно. Об этом корреспонденту ЛІГА.net рассказал представитель компании на бизнес-встрече в Американской торговой палате.

 

Причина - принятые несколько лет назад Правила размещения наружной рекламы, согласно которым две рекламные конструкции могут располагаться на расстоянии не менее 100 метров друг от друга. 

"Проблема заключается в том, что таблички, например указатель въезда на McDrive, приравнивается к рекламным носителям", - рассказывает исполнительный директор Ассоциации наружной рекламы Оксана Полищук. Иными словами, если вдоль дороги расположен билборд, то за поворотом нельзя открыть ресторан Макдоналдс. По словам Оксаны Полищук, подобные проблемы наблюдаются и у других бизнесменов.

Изменить сложившуюся ситуацию могло бы принятие новых правил размещение рекламы, которые сейчас разрабатываются департаментом градостроительства и архитектуры. По словам и.о. главного архитектора, документ планируется выдать на-гора к июню этого года.
