В интервью радиостанции «Говорит Москва» директор департамента информации и печати МИДа РФ Мария Захарова сказала, что вела эту пресс-конференцию, но подобных слов не слышала.

«Я была на этой пресс-конференции и ничего не услышала такого. Я не могу комментировать то, что я не слышала. Кашлянул человек, я не знаю, что у него. Я ничего не слышала, а что там было на заднем фоне или параллельно ещё что-нибудь, у меня комментариев нет. Я могу сказать, что субстантивно всё, что он говорил, это есть в стенограмме, это слышно было на записи. А комментировать шорохи, кашли, ещё какие-то междометия – это к теме переговоров никак не относится», -  сказала Захарова.

Она также подчеркнула, что «переговоры проходили крайне позитивно и без каких-либо отягчающих моментов».

Как писал PRпортал, глава МИД России Сергей Лавров на совместной пресс-конференции с главой внешнеполитического ведомства Саудовской Аравии в Москве нецензурно выругался.
