Активісти та глава Мінюсту Павло Петренко у понеділок пікетували Верховну Раду з вимогою відкрити інформацію про власників нерухомості та авто.

Активісти вимагали включити у порядок денний законопроект №2423, що дозволить зробити цю інформацію публічною.

В акції та пікеті громадських антикорупційних організацій взяли участь активісти та Міністр юстиції Павло Петренко, повідомляє Українська правда.

На думку авторів законопроекту, який уже пройшов перше читання, публічна інформація про власників рухомого та нерухомого майна з державних реєстрів дозволить будь-кому перевірити правдивість декларації кожного чиновника.

"Жодна особа, яку винайняли на оплачувану роботу чи обрали для представництва своїх інтересів платники податків – від Президента до депутата районної ради, прокурора чи клерка в держпідприємстві – не зможе приховати своїх маєтків та автопарків за порожніми деклараціями", - переконував Петренко.

Інформація, яку отримає користувач згідно із запропонованим законопроектом, міститиме лише дані про те, в якій області розташовані квартира, будинок чи земельна ділянка, та інформацію щодо марки, року випуску та об’єму двигуна авто, без номерного знаку.
