Міністерство юстиції запропонує Верховній Раді заборонити комуністичну та фашистську ідеологію.

Про це в ефірі "5 каналу" заявив міністр юстиції Павло Петренко.

Відповідний законопроект протягом кількох днів направлять на розгляд парламенту. У разі його схвалення Мін'юст зможе скасувати реєстрацію партій комуністичного чи фашистського спрямування.

"Мова йде про заборону тієї політичної організації, яка публічно підтримує анексію Криму, конфлікт на Сході. Яка не є українською по суті. Ми спільно з депутатами, науковцями, з інститутами пам'яті В'ятровичем розробили законопроект про заборону комуністичної і фашистської ідеології, який буде днями поданий до парламенту. Цей законопроект поставить крапку у дискусіях з приводу того, чи повинна бути комуністична ідеологія в Україні", - наголосив Петренко.
