Голова Делегації Європарламенту до Комітету парламентської асоціації ЄС-Україна Андрій Пленкович (Хорватія) очолив спостережну місію законодавчого органу ЄС на місцевих виборах в Україні 25 жовтня.

Загалом місія складається із сімох європарламентаріїв із п’яти політичних груп, повідомляє Укрінформ.

«В Україні делегація Європарламенту зустрінеться з офіційними особами високого рівня, представниками політичних партій, членами ЦВК та представниками інших міжнародних організацій», - повідомили в офісі Пленковича.

Окрім хорватського політика, до спостережної місії увійшли депутати Анна-Марія Більдт (Європейська народна партія, Швеція), Клер Муді (Прогресивний альянс соціалістів і демократів, Велика Британія), Тоніо Піцула (Прогресивний альянс соціалістів і демократів,Хорватія), Юссі Халла-Ахо (Європейські консерватори і реформісти, Фінляндія), Кайя Каллас (Альянс лібералів і демократів за Європу, Естонія) та Мілослав Рансдорф (Об’єднані ліві, Чехія).
