Президент Молдови Ігор Додон оголосив про проведення 24 вересня 2017 року всенародного консультативного референдуму.

Про це повідомляє портал Noi.md за результатами прес-конференції Додона про 100 днів його перебування на посаді.

За словами Додона, референдум - це вимушений захід, оскільки правлячий режим блокує всі ініціативи президента.

Виборцям, зокрема, запропонують відповісти на запитання про надання президенту права розпускати парламент, організовувати дострокові вибори та зменшувати кількість депутатів від 101 до 70 осіб.

Окрім того, на плебісцит винесуть ще два питання: про скасування закону про переведення вкрадених із банківської системи мільярдів євро в держборг та про заміну шкільного предмету "Історія румунів" на "Історію Молдови".

Президент Молдови підкреслив, що підписаний ним указ, згідно з Конституцією, не може бути анульований і закликав владу не намагатися перешкодити проведенню референдуму.
