У Російській Федерації прийняли рішення, згідно з яким витрати з бюджету для просування власного порядку у зовнішньополітичній сфері. Як інформує РБК, відповідна інформація представлена у матеріалах «Електронного бюджету Росії». Наразі відомо, що фінансування наближених до держави інститутів, які вже відіграють функції інструментів впливу пропаганди Кремля за межами Росії, протягом трьох найближчих років буде зменшено

 

У тому числі, Російська рада з міжнародних справ три роки тому отримала субсидії з бюджету, сума яких склала 100,42 млн. руб. (близько 1,6 млн. доларів), то у поточному році вже лише 81,41 млн. А через два роки виплати повинні скласти 79,04 млн.

Було також зменшено фінансування і Фонду підтримки публічної дипломатії імені Горчакова, який було створено за часів президентства Дмитра Медведєва. Метою створення цього фонду був «аналіз стану в економічному та суспільно-політичному житті», а також підтримка людей за межам Росії, рідною мовою для яких є російська. Це означає, що загальний рівень скорочення субсидій Фонду Горчакова і РСМД у порівнянні з останніми двома роками скоротився на вісім відсотків.
