В Германии состоялась оригинальная манифестация – на своеобразный марш протеста вышли полмиллиона муравьев, которые несли плакаты-листья. На них были вырезаны призывы, обращенные к главе немецкого правительства Ангеле Меркель.

"Спасите Амазонку", "Меркель, помоги", – приводит некоторые из "требований муравьев" издание The Local, пишет Сегодня.

Демонстрация прошла в зоопарке города Кельна. Акция была посвящена намечающейся поездке Меркель в Бразилию для встречи с президентом этой страны Дилмой Русеф. Протест муравьев организовали экологи из Всемирного фонда дикой природы (WWF).
