Відео було оприлюднено на каналі МВС Росії у понеділок, 29 грудня 2014 року, після чого стало активно обговорюватися у соцмережах і пресі.

На відеозаписі показані російські поліцейські за роботою, у яких починає дзвонити телефон: на його екрані видно напис "кохана".
 
Далі на відео поліцейські починають танцювати під мелодію дзвінка і підспівувати.
 
У кліпі використана записана хором МВС кавер-версія пісні Фаррелла Вільямса "Happy". Менш ніж за п'ять днів кліп на каналі МВС РФ переглянули майже півмільйона разів.
