Головним слідчим управлінням МВС України до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесено відомості про вчинення кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ч.1 ст. 171 (Перешкоджання законній професійній діяльності журналістів), ч. 2 ст. 364 (Зловживання владою або службовим становищем) Кримінального кодексу України,повідомляє прес-служба МВС України

Встановлено, що в 1997 та 1999 роках невстановлені службові особи Фонду державного майна України, зловживаючи своїм службовим становищем, здійснили незаконну передачу у приватну власність 20% акцій телеканалу «Інтер». В результаті цього державі завдані збитки в сумі понад 800 мільйонів доларів США.

Крім цього, упродовж 2010-2011 років невстановлені особи з числа засновників телеканалу «Інтер» вчиняли вплив на інформаційну політику журналістів телеканалу. Це втілювалось у контролі за змістом інформації, яка транслювалася в ефірі телевізійного каналу.

Досудове розслідування триває.
