На міжнародному кінофестивалі Берлінале, який розпочався 9 лютого, покажуть документальний фільм російського режисера Аскольда Курова Процес. Російська держава проти Олега Сенцова.

Як повідомляє Радіо Свобода, 11 лютого на фестивалі відбудеться світова прем’єра Процесу.

Режисер Аскольд Куров два роки працював над фільмом про те, як після анексії Криму російські спецслужби схопили, звинуватили в тероризмі і засудили його колегу Олега Сенцова. Назва фільму нагадує режисерові про відомий роман Франца Кафки.

"Хотілося розповісти одразу і про Олега і як про людину, і як про режисера, і про його близьких, і про саму цю справу і процес, і про контекст, у якому все це відбувається", - розповідав раніше режисер.

Документалку зроблено у чесько-польсько-естонській копродукції: у Росії спонсорувати фільм про сфабриковану ФСБ політичну справу ніхто не наважився.

Берлінський кінофестиваль (Берлінале) - один із найпрестижніших фестивалів світу у сфері кіно. Проходить щороку в лютому, починаючи з 1951 року. 67-й фестиваль Берлінале проходитиме з 9 по 18 лютого 2017 року.
