У Чернівецькій області озброєні люди напали на 60-річного депутата селищної ради від ВО "Свобода" Костянтина Лопуляка. Про це повідомили в прес-службі партії, передає Корреспондент

Інцидент стався 5 квітня близько 19:30 в селищі Глибоке на вулиці Небесної сотні. Депутат їхав на лісовозі Урал на роботу, коли невідомі перекрили йому шлях двома автомобілями. Після цього від чоловіка почали вимагати документи, повідомили в політсилі.

У той же час в обласній поліції уточнили, що шлях перегородили активісти громадської організації. Вони змусили Лопуляка вийти з лісовоза, вдаривши перед цим по голові рукояткою пістолета. При цьому стався неконтрольований постріл, який поранив одного з нападників.

"Внаслідок цього бандитизму "свободівець" не постраждав, проте куля зрикошетила і потрапила в одного з нападників. Зараз він знаходиться в лікарні", - повідомив голова Чернівецької облради Віталій Мельничук. Також в поліції уточнили, що у активіста поранено обличчя.

На місці події вилучили гільзи від пістолета невстановленого зразка, відзначили в прес-службі.

На даний момент встановлені четверо учасників інциденту. За фактом порушено кримінальну справу за статтею хуліганство. За скоєння злочину загрожує до семи років в'язниці.
