Сьогодні зранку спостерігачі ОПОРИ на кількох виборчих дільницях у Коломиї виявили друковані матеріали з ознаками агітації та символікою політичної партії Народний Рух України.

Спостерігачі склали акт про це порушення на дільниці №261010 та повідомили правоохоронні органи. Скаргу на дії дільничної виборчої комісії представники ОПОРИ подадуть до Коломийської міської виборчої комісії.

Такі дії порушують пункт 3 частини 9 статті 60 Закону України «Про місцеві вибори», який забороняє у будь-якій формі проводити передвиборну агітацію з порушенням установлених строків, а саме – в суботу перед днем голосування та безпосередньо у день голосування.

Крім того, зафіксований матеріал з ознаками агітації порушує обмеження, які встановлює стаття 60 Закону «Про місцеві вибори» щодо заборони розміщення агітаційних матеріалів у приміщеннях і на будівлях органів влади тощо. Зважаючи на це, і на те, що виборчі комісії з місцевих виборів є спеціальними колегіальними органами, уповноваженими організовувати підготовку та проведення відповідних місцевих виборів, зафіксований нами факт ми також розцінюємо як порушення цієї норми», -- прокоментував Іван Маруняк, координатор Громадянської мережі ОПОРА.
