У Львівському національному університеті ім. Івана Франка Національний екологічний центр України (НЕЦУ) презентував анімаційний фільм "Територіальна громада".

Над мультфільмом працювали громадські активісти, екологи та аніматори, які поставили собі за мету нагадати українцям, що конституційне право розпоряджатися природними ресурсами належить не чиновникам, а простим громадянам,повідомляє Українська правда

Відеоролик "Територіальна громада" розповідає про перспективи розвитку в Україні територіальних громад і вирішення ними низки проблем місцевого значення, зокрема й екологічних.

"Ми створили цей мультик, щоб розповісти українцям у максимально спрощеній і зрозумілій формі про територіальні громади. За три хвилини ми пояснюємо, чому українцям потрібно об’єднуватися у громади, як це робиться і які питання ці громади можуть вирішити самостійно. Сподіваюсь, що цей ролик надихне українців до якісних змін. Всі зацікавлені можуть відвідати сайт Національного екологічного центру України та більше дізнатись про таку форму самоврядування", – говорить експерт з охорони навколишнього природного середовища НЕЦУ Наталія Коломієць.
