Станом на 7:15 29 жовтня у Волинській області на всіх виборчих дільницях, де перебувають спостерігачі ОПОРИ, розпочались ранкові засідання. Втім, у селі Витуле у Любешівській громаді зафіксоване перше недотримання вимог Закону.

Зокрема, у приміщенні виборчої дільниці № 070555, що розташована у с. Витуле (Любешівська селищна об’єднана територіальна громада), спостерігач ОПОРИ зафіксував наявність лише однієї переносної скриньки (для проведення голосування за місцем перебування). Відтак представник ОПОРИ склав акт про порушення.

Як пояснила голова дільничної виборчої комісії, більшою кількістю виборчих скриньок ДВК забезпечено не було.

Відповідно до частини 3 статті 76 Закону України «Про місцеві вибори» кожна виборча дільниця повинна мати не менше двох переносних виборчих скриньок.

Як зазначає радниця з юридичних питань Громадянської мережі ОПОРА Ольга Коцюруба, надання обладнання та інвентаря виборчим дільницям відповідно до пункту 3 частини 1 статті 73 Закону України “Про місцеві вибори”належить до компетенції органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування.
