У місті Ковель спостерігачі ОПОРИ зафіксували факт роздачі грошей виборцям представниками політичної партії «Заступ».

7 жовтня у м. Ковель (ВО № 21) у приміщенні ТЗОВ «Виробничо-комерційна фірма «Ковель», що знаходиться за адресою вул. Незалежності, 125, роздавали кошти виборцям. Гроші, нібито, отримували «агітатори» за поширення партійної газети партії «Заступ».

Спостерігачам Громадянської мережі ОПОРА вдалося відзняти відео, як люди отримували гроші. Охочих отримати 500,00 гривень виявилось немало, на відео видно доволі велику чергу людей за грошима.

Представники політичної партії сиділи за столом біля якого виборці по черзі отримували однакову суму за нібито виконану роботу. При цьому ніхто не вимагав показати документи, які б засвідчували особу. Необхідно було лише назвати своє прізвище та ім’я, які вносились до відомості.

Таким чином, представники партії «Заступ» навіть не мали списку своїх, так званих, «агітаторів». Крім того, як видно на відео, цим «агітаторам» видвали лише по одному примірнику газети, яку вони нібито мали поширювати.

Тож є всі підстави вважати, що таким чином здійнювалась роздача грошей виборцям за майбутнє голосування, і аж ніяк не розрахунок на виконану роботу із працівниками штабу.

Такі дії мають всі ознаки порушення статті157 Кримінального кодексу України в частині перешкоджання вільному здійсненню громадянином свого виборчого права у поєднані з підкупом, а відповідно караються обмеженням волі на строк до двох років.
