Эксперты Европейской сети организации по наблюдению за выборами ENEMO высказались за необходимость признать на законодательном уровне понятие "джинсы", а также ввести ответственность за распространение заказных материалов.

Об этом на брифинге сообщил председатель Национального совета Украины по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания Юрий Артеменко, передает Укринформ.

"Их позиция очень проста. Первое, это на законодательном уровне определить понятие "джинсы", ввести ответственность за распространение заказных материалов, повысить прозрачность принадлежности и финансирования СМИ", - сказал Артеменко.

Он отметил, что, по мнению наблюдателей за выборами, также необходимо расширить полномочия и круг рычагов влияния и инструментов Нацсовета как контрольного органа, осуществляющего мониторинг телерадиоорганизации.

Как отмечает пресс-служба Нацсовета, эксперты из миссии ENEMO обнародовали отчет за результатами мониторинга средств массовой информации во время досрочных парламентских выборов в Верховную Раду, в котором отметили существенный рост использования в медиа "джинсы" и черного пиара.
