Національна рада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення оголосила попередження телеканалу «112 Україна» за його супутниковою ліцензією за трансляцію програми «Шустер live» 13 лютого. Відповідне рішення Нацрада ухвалила на засіданні 18 лютого,пише Телекритика

Як заявив голова Нацради Юрій Артеменко, у контенті «Шустер live» моніторинг Нацради зафіксував порушення статті 6 закону «Про телебачення і радіомовлення» та статті 28 закону «Про інформацію», оскільки у висловлюваннях одного з учасників програми - російського журналіста Максима Шевченка - вбачає ознаки злочину статті 161 Кримінального кодексу - умисні дії, спрямовані на розпалювання расової, національної чи релігійної ворожнечі.

Керівник ефірної служби телеканалу «112 Україна» Людмила Писанко повідомила, що канал не має впливу на прямий ефір програми виробництва «Савік Шустер студії», але пообіцяла, що канал буде обумовлювати із «Савік Шустер студією» можливість впливу на редакційну політику - визначення гостей і тематики програм.

Судячи з публічних коментарів членів Нацради, вони воліли б, аби канал або відмовився від показу «Шустер live», або показував програму не в прямому ефірі.

    уберите руки от 112 канала и от Шустера. Люди хотят знать все важные вопросы, которые нас волнуют, со всех сторон. Нам это важно. Займитесь лучше наполнением 1-го национального канала, уже надоело наблюдать одну заставку в самое продуктивное время эфира. Вот если зрители увидят хоть что-то стоящее и профессиональное, тогда и обсудим вопрос, что нам стоит смотреть. А пока, кроме недоумения, ничего не вызываете. И хватит действовать по указке сверху, не для того мы умирали на майдане.
