Убрана обязательная до этого норма расписания объема рекламы и анонсов.

Национальный совет Украины по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания принял решение об упрощении формы лицензии на вещание. Об этом в ходе брифинга заявил член Нацсовета Владислав Севрюков, передает  РБК-Украина.

"Мы, внедряя такую дерегуляцию, пытаемся упростить многие вещи. Чтобы не было лишних забот у компаний, чтобы мы могли не так тщательно относить к каждой минуте эфира, каждого телеканала", - заявил Севрюков.

В частности, по словам Севрюкова, убрана обязательная до этого норма расписания объема рекламы и анонсов. Также не будет требоваться описывать на 100% распределение программного наполнения.

"Распределение программного наполнения теперь каналу нужно указывать только на 65%, то есть фактически треть эфира мы разрешаем каналу разместить то, что не описано, и, по моим оценкам, это 3-4 часа в день может быть отклонение от программной концепции, что позволяет изменять программную концепцию, не боясь замечаний со стороны Нацсовета", - добавил он.
