На сегодняшнем заседании Нацсовет по телевидению и радиовещанию исключил из списка адаптированных телеканалов еще три российских вещателя – «Оружие», «Дом кино» и «Иллюзион». За решение проголосовали все 7 членов регулятора.

Как показал мониторинг, тематические каналы нарушали законодательство Украины – в частности, закон о запрете ряда российских сериалов. «Оружие», к примеру, транслировал программы «Арсенал России» и «Ударная сила», где показывается мощь российской армии и спецслужб, сообщает Медианяня

Представитель дистрибутора канала «Дом кино» - компания «Торсат» - уверяла, что с 15 апреля вещатель транслирует на территорию Украины отдельную версию, адаптированную к законодательству страны. 22 июля компания написала в Нацсовет с просьбой оставить телеканал в кабельных сетях: все кабельные операторы, мол, транслируют «правильную» версию, тогда как Нацсовет мониторил «неправильную». В ответ члены Нацсовета объяснили, что мониторинг проводился по жалобе зрителя из Черновцов, который увидел запрещенный контент в своей кабельной сети. И работа Нацсовета нарушения подтвердила.

И вообще, выяснилось, что кабельные сети не могли транслировать другую версию канала без внесения ее в список адаптированных вещателей. В результате члены регулятора порекомендовали компании «Торсат» подать заявку на внесение «правильной» версии «Дома кино» в этот список.
